Foundation Plan
The KumoOps Foundation plan provides essential support for your development team’s cloud operation’s needs. This package is designed to offer consistent and predictable support within the scope of the KumoOps tech stack. This plan ensures your team has the foundational support required to manage cloud operations efficiently. Each customer will receive an individual pricing.
- Package Size:
Covers up to 8 developers or 8 applications (for non-microservices architectures). If the number of developers or applications exceeds this limit, the client is obligated to order an upgraded package. - Foundation Setup and Maintenance:
Our Foundation Setup and Maintenance service establishes your cloud operations stack through an internal developer platform that implements infrastructure as code and GitOps principles. We continuously manage your environment by provisioning two stages and validating configuration assets to ensure consistent, secure deployments and ongoing support for your application needs. - Service Level Agreement (SLA) 8×5:
Support is provided Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
- Support Budget:
Includes 10 hours of support per month from our Platform Engineers. The customer will be notified if the allotted support hours are exceeded. The scope of support covers all CloudOps tasks related to the KumoOps tech stack. - Minimum Contract Term:
A 6-month commitment is required. - Support Channels:
Communication channels should be aligned upfront; preferred options include Slack or Microsoft Teams. Additionally, KumoOps provides dedicated email and phone support.
