How does it work?

Our CloudOps as a Service offering is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your unique needs. We’ll work closely with you to understand your specific requirements and develop a customized solution that meets your needs. This may include:

  • Initial Assessment and Planning: Our team will conduct an initial assessment to understand your current cloud infrastructure, operations, and goals, and develop a customized plan to meet your needs.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Setup and Management: We’ll set up, manage and support your cloud infrastructure, ensuring that it’s optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Pipeline Creation and Maintenance: Our team will create and maintain pipelines, ensuring that your software applications are built, tested, and deployed quickly and efficiently.
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Optimization: We’ll continuously monitor and optimize your cloud resources, ensuring that you can respond quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.

What can you expect with our KumoOps offering?

CloudOps Team

You decide which parts we should take care of and for how long. After that we’ll take care of setting up and managing your cloud infrastructure, pipelines, and operations, ensuring that your cloud resources are optimized for performance, and scalability in record time.

Full Flexibility

You have complete flexibility with us, starting with the cloud provider you choose. We support all major providers (AWS, Azure, Google, OTC, STACKIT). The source code always belongs to you, and you decide how long you want to use our services.

Outstanding Security

Don’t worry about service level agreements, privacy and assessment measures, strict security requirements like medical C5 certification, or setting up a weekend support team for your applications.

We’ll take care of all that for you.

Foundation Plan

  • Package Size:
    Covers up to 8 developers or 8 applications (for non-microservices architectures). If the number of developers or applications exceeds this limit, the client is obligated to order an upgraded package.
  • Foundation Setup and Maintenance:
    Our Foundation Setup and Maintenance service establishes your cloud operations stack through an internal developer platform that implements infrastructure as code and GitOps principles. We continuously manage your environment by provisioning two stages and validating configuration assets to ensure consistent, secure deployments and ongoing support for your application needs.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) 8×5:
    Support is provided Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
  • Support Budget:
    Includes 10 hours of support per month from our Platform Engineers. The customer will be notified if the allotted support hours are exceeded. The scope of support covers all CloudOps tasks related to the KumoOps tech stack.
  • Minimum Contract Term:
    A 6-month commitment is required.
  • Support Channels:
    Communication channels should be aligned upfront; preferred options include Slack or Microsoft Teams. Additionally, KumoOps provides dedicated email and phone support.
